Gosh, darn – and here I was for a moment thinking that I might submit it somewhere.
Well, yeah, but you can still do the “otherwise” – for instance, burn it, use it to line a birdcage or cat litter box, or as scrap paper.
Burn my computer monitor? Perhaps soon, if the resolution gets any worse.
Btw, the proposal looks good. I look forward to the discussion on ‘culture’ and ‘contract’ – though not sure, from the outline, what you quite mean there.
In your second paragraph, it should read, “Meanwhile, we..” Instead of meanwhile us.
