Bridge Over the River Tay

As I approached the bridge over the River Tay on Drummond Street West, just below the famed Summit House and across from the house with the nicest stone bricks in Perth, I saw a man who was either Neil Young or the illustrious wood s lot standing in the drive way in front of his "garage gluation and scissorology scriptorium".
